From Lazio to North Carolina
In April 2019, a journey to the heart of Italy changed everything. Among the historic hills of Lazio, we experienced our first authentic truffle hunt with a working Lagotto Romagnolo.
Watching their joyful scentwork and sharing a fresh truffle risotto afterward sparked a deep inspiration. That perfect balance of capability and loving companionship led us to raise these extraordinary dogs back home.
